Calendar Instructions

The 3T calander is a PERL/CGI-based scheduling tool created by Brown Bear Software. User tasks are performed from the bottom of the calendar page.

  • Text for new event: Please include PI's name, Project title and BITC assigned project number.
  • Start and End Times: Please verify that these are correct.
  • Category: Please pick the most appropriate category (usually experimental study or pilot study).

Funded Projects: Projects that have received funding to cover costs of 3T time.
Mantainence: Include routine cleaning, hardware/software updates, etc.
Pilot Projects: Projects that have not received funding to cover costs of 3T time. Note: Funded Projects have priority over this time.
Project/Protocol Development: This time is reserved to evaluate and debug perspective 3T studies. In general this category represents one initial session. Note: Funded Projects have priority over this time.

  • URL and popup text This box will generally not be used. Researchers that would like to share extra information about their experiment, however, have the ability to do so here.
  • Create Event: Press this button to submit your time request. Please remember that to remove this event, Katrina Gourdet must be e-mailed (katrina@emory.edu) 24 hours in advance.

    Logout

Follow the link at the bottom of the calendar in the "System Options" box. Note that this will put you at a Calcium login page with no links back to the calendar or the BITC main page, which is slightly inconvenient. It is possible, however, to log back in or simply view the calendar from the Calcium login page.
