The 3T calander is a PERL/CGI-based scheduling tool created by Brown Bear Software. User tasks are performed from the bottom of the calendar page.
After completing the preliminary application process, you will be given a username and password for the calendar. To login, follow the link at the bottom of the calendar in the "System Options" box.
Once logged in, you may reserve 3T time by adding an event in the "This Calendar" box.
Definitions:
Funded Projects: Projects that have received funding to cover costs of 3T time.
Mantainence: Include routine cleaning, hardware/software updates, etc.
Pilot Projects: Projects that have not received funding to cover costs of 3T time. Note: Funded Projects have priority over this time.
Project/Protocol Development: This time is reserved to evaluate and debug perspective 3T studies. In general this category represents one initial session. Note: Funded Projects have priority over this time.
Follow the link at the bottom of the calendar in the "System Options" box. Note that this will put you at a Calcium login page with no links back to the calendar or the BITC main page, which is slightly inconvenient. It is possible, however, to log back in or simply view the calendar from the Calcium login page.
